I'm a HS teacher. In addition to getting roasted 24/7 I used one class after the AP exams for "the airing of grievances" when they could speak freely about what I did wrong that year & what I did right. and anything else on they're mind. It was intense.

Gotta admit sometimes I was carved up like fruit ninja and some of it hurt but I knew it's for a good cause - to make me a better teacher and hopefully a better human. It was REMARKABLE what they observed or took umbrage over. Stuff I NEVER would have realized unless we had that solemn day.

The ladies were, as always, the funniest. I didn't realize I needed an extreme make over... That was BRUTAL!!

I've been roasted a couple of times. I could see how much they liked me so it was OK and nothing was off the table.
