Why does this happen when you google modesty on YouTube?

It seems 100% of the YouTube links that appear when you search the word modesty are about how you dress when modesty involves so many things beyond how you dress, such as hiding your good deeds, hiding your compassion, hiding your hard work, hiding your sacrifices, hiding your virtue, hiding your piety, not being a glutton, not being a drunkard, not smoking weed, not dominating the conversation but letting others have a turn to speak, being nice to people when nobody is around to honour you or recognize you for it, doing what is right and not just what is financially beneficial or socially beneficial, not faking your credentials for attention, not seeking to exploit social inequalities to your advantage when you are in a privileged position above others, ensuring quality in your delivery and execution at work etc...

I guess youtube includes only videos with dress/fashion-related form of modesty.

But modesty is so much more than just "how you dress".

Modesty is more than what you wear. But also it depends on where you live in the world. If you live in a hot climate all the time, you can't wear as much clothing as someone who lives in a cold climate all the time.
