They actually did in the past, but these attempts all went in vain. by the way, the amount of financial support sent by those countries actually became very useful in increasing Palestine's armament against Israeli government. However, Gaza strip has been under blocaked for quite a while, and that means no help of supply could reach to the people of Palestine unless it is considered safe by Israeli government. Different ways of sending help also turned out to be useless. Turkey, for example, (not an Arab country, but still alligns more with Palestine in this conflict) once tried to send help through the sea with a ship called Mavi Marmara which ended up with the deaths of 10 people who were citizens of Turkey.

Despite the financial challenges the country is dealing with, Turkey is not facing a widespread hunger crisis atm. Also, Mavi Marmara Panic broke out in 2012 when our economy was relatively better than its current state. Going back to your question, well... we just don't want an Israeli government interfering with our business. Current actions taken by the government indicate that they will not stop with Palestine.

For the same reason as European countries does not help Russia invade Ukraine. Just because you share a culture or religion does not mean that you are friends. Furthermore, countries does not have "friends" in the first place. Countries operate on very simple rules, simply put "selfishness". When you see countries help each other such as with sending first aid or whatever, it is only because they themselves believe it is to their benefit to help.
