well, if I came to help her, I might disturb her by changing the topic like instead of helping her with her exams, I might tell her that "This restaurant is a great place to hang out someday..." and then she will get totally distracted from her studies and all, and that can make her fail the exam...

Well, after the exam, you can go to his/her place and enjoy the day like going for a movie, a date or whatever you choose...

i totally agree, but would you get disappeared completely, like if you used to text or call everyday to ask how was her day, you would stop sending her texts to not disturb her?

maybe, you can text her after 2 hours, or whenever she texts back saying that she is free...

I'd ask if they wanted help asking questions or stuff. Maybe even offer to relieve any tension they might have (which is helpful right before the exam). If they want to be left alone, then I respect that and leave Dodge.

It depends on him/her.

I have friends who like to find support around them whilst having exams, and others who prefer to be left alone to be able to focus better.

Guys don't want help unless they ask for it. So unless he asked me to give him support and help I would stay away and leave him alone and then after the exam pounce on him like a hungry hyena lol.

yes. that's how I would want him to act if I had an exam.i wouldn't want to be bothered. but it's only for a week at the most. you're not going to be studying for this exam months in advance. a few days without contact won't kill either one of you
