U. S. President Donald Trump had promised to reinstate weapons shipments to Ukraine after his secretary of defense, Pete Hegseth, reportedly authorized the halt without informing the White House. The decision was said to be made on a recommendation by Elbridge Colby, the Pentagon’s policy chief.

@kavakava majority of it is from Russia oligarchs seized assets globally. From there it's our older equipment stockpiles getting replaced in the near future. Once Ukraine is truly free and Russia is in shambles we can jump in with capitalism and get a 10 fold return. On top of that get ahead in soft geopolitical power over China who's fumbling the new silk road global power move.

With any new stuff we need a higher number of government to buy parts to keep manufacturing at reasonable costs. On top of that we want to be the go to customer support compared to China made "goods".

It's the smartest win win possible. The question is why did we jump through so many hoops just to stumble into an easy win?

At some point Trump needs to shut it off. i guess it is better that NATO s buying the weapons but I bet that onlty thr US is paying the 5% that MATO agreed to and we are paying for it anyway.
