There is a provision in the Big Beautiful Bill that allows courts to be defunded and the Supreme Court has ruled that district judges can only make rulings that effect their jurisdiction.
This will take care of the problem.

The Trump administration is getting the infrastructure built and money has been appropriated to hire 10,000 ICE agents and 10,000 Border Patrol agents. Alligator Alcatraz is just the beginning, More of these facilities will be built throughout the country. Eisenhower's Operation Wetback will pale in comparison.
