How do you deal with housing crisis now?

in my country: the minimum wage is $550 a month. And a one little house with one room only is starting at $400 per month today to rent.

How do you cope with this in todays world? Is it fair?

You have a housing crisis because the land on which houses are built is treated as a commodity to be bought and sold for private profit, even though its value comes from the community. A house should be sold at a just price, based on the real cost of its production and a fair profit for the producer. But because the land itself is a private property, its inflated value gets added to the cost of the house, making it unaffordable for most. You can't solve this by just building more houses; you have to separate the ownership of land from its use, so that its value isn't a tool of speculation.

Just keep your head up. Believe you deserve more. then you have and work hard to get it. Life is not always fair but it is what we make it. You have to see all you do have to be grateful for and focus on that. Be positive and keep trying to be better. You will learn to trust your self. And one thing will build on another. I currently rent and have a roommate. My mom lives 5 hours away and plans to sell her house to move out here and we will buy a house together. If things don’t work out like that I will never own a home, they’re overpriced and I don’t make enough to cover that along with all my other bills.

The problem is not that housing is too expensive. The problem is wages have not kept up with expanses.

The whole middle class has seen their jobs get shipped to other countries. Steel workers that could make a living wag have been forced to accept low paying jobs in the service sector because Chinese steel is imported much more cheaply. Entire industries have been put out of business and entire areas of America have been forced into poverty.

President Trump is the first President who says we do not have to accept this. In his first term he brought the steel industry back and he is using that success as a model to bring many good jobs back to America.
