Here they are still selling well. I don;t see a slowdown yet. One customer moved to Florida and she has house sale pending in just 3 weeks.

I can see the rate of home sales has slowed since this time last year. Last year, "for sale" signs literally wouldn't even make it in the yard before multiple offers were made. Now we see the signs again and some have even been taken back of the market.

Sales have definitely slowed here compared to this time last year, but houses are still selling. Seeing things slow down comes as no surprise considering the interest rate hikes but there is no sign of a "collapse" anytime soon.

I get letters from realtors all the time wanting to sell my house. Most houses in my neighborhood sell for more than asking price.
