I'm not so sure but loads of people (democrats) have cut me out of their lives!
Is this something you regret?
Slightly. A lot of them I don't exactly talk to, anyway, since the band broke up ion `05 but, as I'm trying to write a book about the history of the band it'd be nice to still be able to talk to a couple of them to tell me what went on before I joined in `80.
No that's a weird thing to do. Because of their actions maybe not their beliefs.
Just to be clear about the difference between belief and action: Your good friend tells you he/she "believes" that all Mexicans, Jews and Asians who don't leave your country should be executed, and says "the Nazi's were right, they just didn't finish the job". But he/she never actually executes any of them, just spreads the hate and their belief to whomever will listen.
This is OK with you? You're ok that they just think it and believe it's the right thing to do even though they've never done it themselves? Interesting. You're a POS then, as are they.
@loveslongnails People say a lot of things that they don't actually believe. They also believe things they don't understand. I knew a guy that screwed every woman he could get near, mostly married women as he said "no hang ups that way". He used drugs, hung out with thugs tried to give me drugs when I was depressed over a girl. None of that shit was OK with me but people are what they are, he was all right in his own way. I knew a woman who lived a clean life on the surface who was actually full of poison hate inside and her behavior matched that. I quit hanging out with her and her family, they were all like that.
None of those anecdotes serve to support your point. I don't think you realize that. In fact, they do the opposite and make mine.
@loveslongnails that's a good dupe. You invent imaginary dialogue and attribute to people what they never actually said. All to push your agendas of importing an ever larger underclass, regardless of how it harms working class Americans. YOU are the true POS.
@Curmudgeon And you're truly an imbecile, because the hypothetical situation is not so hypothetical at all. I'm from the deep south, and if you think that convo doesn't happen, like I said, you're an imbecile. None of what I said pushes an agenda of any kind, you just want to think it does, and wtf does it have to do with "the working class"? This post isn't even about immigration. LOL Crawl back into maga hole, idiot.
@loveslongnails He did bad things but the guy was just a street thug he was never going to be anything else. She pretended good but did very bad things. At the end of the day, she was worse in her role than he in his.
You make no sense. This is a waste of my time. Bye.

I haven't cut anyone out of my life because of their political beliefs, but I have decided not to date several women because of their support of Trump, which was incredibly unattractive.
If you live in the USA today, there's no such thing as a "political belief". You either support authoritarian fascism, or you don't. If you want to argue that fascism IS a political system, that's your right to do so. I don't accept that. It's a form of slavery, and slavery has nothing to do with politics.
So yes, I've cut out people who support fascism. It was an easy thing to do once it came up in conversation.
Nope. And I never will. We're adults about it and simply avoid the topic.
nope but I've had people cut me out and their lives have turned to shit
Just the emotional vampires.
No, I’m not a leftist.
