Trump’s Second Term, Covid19 Pandemic ( from the world’s perspective not just America ), The AI Bubble, Mass Political Demonstrations / Peaceful Protests / Violent Overthrowing of Govt Around The World, and Massive Corporations Having Their Grasp On Politicians.

Those are my top contenders.

I would think The Covid19 Pandemic because us becoming interplanetary species would probably mean we should learn from our past experiences with spreading of diseases. Christopher Columbus brought SmallPox in the waves of Europeans to follow after 1492 which wiped out lots of indigenous people, we wouldn’t want contamination of alien species or bringing new diseases back to Earth.
