Which decade will actually be the beginning of futuristic life?

Like you know how people said we would have futuristic things that even in 2020s we still do not have many of the things in those sci fi movies so when will we start to get closer to that stuff?

You know developed high tech places, flying cars, robots, and stuff like that.

AI is probably telling me that we will be there soon and it is crazy to think about it.

It depends largely on government! The tech we have and KNOW about now is about 1000 years behind what we really have and, with every year that passes, we become another 100 years more advanced but, they aren't telling us anything about any of it! We could've been living like The Jetsons back in the `50's!! We've been able to do everything (and more) that you've seen on Star Trek since at least the `50's, including taking E. T. home, but they don't want us to know about any of that. They'd rather we still be living like The Flintstones.
At least a decade ago, Seth Meyers invented a way to use water as fuel, like, to power your car! If government REALLY CARED about the climate hoax, they would've let us have that long ago!! They also wouldn't be using private jets to fly ONE person to all these climate crisis meetings!! BUT, oil is money! And, whoever has the most oil has the most power That's why they don't want us OFF oil or fossil fuels!
The Wright brothers invented flight about 100 years ago (I'm not sure of the date), and, within another 60 or 70 years, we've been able to go to the MOON and at least send machines out of our solar system!! It's BEEN nearly 60 years since we WENT to the Moon and we STILL haven't advanced any farther than burning fuel from the ass end of a rocket? It's the 2020's and we're STILL using 1940's technology?

Flying cars could happen but can’t possibly work. Think about it hundreds of a thousand vehicles flying in cities be to much of a traffic jam. Wrecks are abound to happen, think about all the deaths and injured people on ground.

The interesting thing about imagining future from the now. We get wrong in what fields we advance.

I think one of the best excamples is startrek TOS. If I remember correctly something similar to a touchscreen was 'alien technology' while they had beaming. Internet and telecomunication was more advanced for them then FTL.
Yes its a scifi show, but comparing technologies they, 50 years back thought futuristic for The 2200s, are available more advanced today, While other parts we are no where near close to in technology.

Also if you want future happening right now, read science behind the warp drive that is theoretically done already. The gravitational waves they measured are nearly a proof the science behind it would work. Would because the positive and negativ energy required is like the mass of jupiter. We are far from being able to use it. We just already now it should work.
