I can’t think of anything that is getting better. Not even staying constant.
The west as we know it, how long can it continue the way it’s going? Like in the near future how is a normal man ever going to be able to own a home. Everything looks like it’s crumbling, mass importation of 3rd world as women are not good enough to procreate with. It’s a bubble that’s bursting.
I feel like all the hopes and dreams of a young man will be crushed when they get out into the working world. Like my country government don’t want people to own homes but pay thousands in rent. It is a way to enslave.

I find it ironic that some peeps are telling you to get outside more, or that you need medication, cause you're depressed and unhappy. A happy person wouldn't spend their time on a website attacking strangers for no other reason than posting a question they don't like or agree with.
Anyway you're speaking facts. It's no secret the West (USA and the EU) has been in decline both economically, but also socially and culturally for quite a while now. Beyond the economic crisis, there's also erosion and collapse of the family unit, distrust in traditional institutions, fewer marriages and births, decline in the film industry and overall quality of new movies produced, social isolation and a rise in mental health issues, especially in young adults. On the contrary people in other cultures and countries like China, India etc. still value and are highly connected to their family and friend groups, have a strong identity, sense of community and solidarity, which are things that don't exist in the West.
in my opinion one of the biggest drivers of these problems are social media, which foster unrealistic standards, as well as the illusion of having lots of choices. Additionally, they give us a fake sense of socializing with people, which doesn't last. Worse it gives toxic individuals a platform to spread toxic, hateful content and propaganda. The only solution for society is to cut ties with social media and realize how important it is to connect with others and maintain connections in the real world
Yes. As a society and a world power. The American birth rate has been declining historically more than any other era, and so has the marriage rate. People are also socializing much less especially since COVID lockdown ended, preferring instead to make Internet "friends," most of whom they will never meet or date.
Economically we are also failing with prices going higher and higher, jobs getting harder to attain, rent increasing, and people battling their hardest to keep up. And U. S. gov already knows this and knows we are losing world power status to countries like China, S. Arabia, and India. That is why U. S. gov is constantly looking for fights like with tariffs and invading Venezuela: if there is something in it that will give us more wealth or control, we are going to do it. But these things are not done to make the common American's life better, it's about ego for U. S. gov.
You know whining about things will never change them... go out there and make a difference. Might change your point of view.
Sounds like you’re just depressed, get some meds
You guys are trapped in this system not me. I’m outside of it
No, you’re isolated and sad about it
So if you don't like it then change it
