I’ve known hundreds of men whose wives will only have sex with them when they want to get pregnant, or some other completely selfish reason. When you reverse the genders it’s called rape by coercion. But not when it’s women doing the coercing.
This is actually true of all rape laws, and not just in the US. The only country to ever prosecute a woman for a sex crime against a grown man is Norway. That’s not because it never happens though. The FBI updated their definition in the mid 1990s, but if you’re not the victim of a sex crime under federal jurisdiction, you’re out of luck. Even then you still have the impossible battle of getting law enforcement, prosecutors and judges to take your case seriously if you’re a man who claims he was raped by a woman. The nearly universal belief is that men are always victimizers and women are always victims. There are no resources for male victims. There are no shelters, trauma counselors and support groups for male victims.
Hell, we barely prosecute women for raping little boys in this country. There are at least two states that not only refused to prosecute women who raped little boys, but then allowed the predators to take their child victims to court for child support. Thereby victimizing them again.

Marriage does not equal permanent consent. If a woman says no and he physically forces himself on her, it is rape. Period.
