Feminists who blindly follow the narrative (the agenda that destroys the lives of both men and women, and uses our own money while doing so) always claim there was some kind of patriarchal agenda that deliberately put men before women, what do they even mean by that?
Were men in feudal syatem, or even slaves somehow privileged compared to women? And would any women really want to live today like they did in the middle ages or antiquity?
So, it’s interesting that you mention the feudal system and the medieval era because you can indeed see evidence of a historical patriarchy in those periods not just in terms of following a primarily male leadership but in how women were considered legal property and therefore could not legally own anything. Even a noble woman didn’t own her own collection of jewelry that only she wore, legally it was all in her husband’s name. And if that husband died her only options to forego her own death were either to marry again, and fast, or learn how to survive entirely on her own while ideally also presenting as a man because if she was a woman living alone in the wilderness and a man saw that, it was much more likely that she would be raped and killed because investigations around murder back then relied entirely on witness statements and confessions, of which very few crimes were prosecuted if none could be found so he would get away with it. Now, did men also suffer during this time? Of course, but the legal treatments of men and women meant that only men could realistically live in society alone.
In the modern day, this happens much less because women are no longer considered property and can now own their land, jewels, and streaming services without issue. Murder investigations are also much more complex with the introduction of things like DNA and fingerprinting and killing anyone is taken very seriously. It’s also interesting to note that while men overall are more likely to be murdered than women, women are disproportionately murdered by their partners. Isn’t that fascinating? But a male bias still exists and we can see evidence for it in plenty of places. Take medical science, for example. We know a ton about how penises work, we know where sperm comes from, how it inseminates eggs, why dicks get hard, how they get soft, how psychology and physiology play roles in how it works we know how to combat diseases and health issues that can cause erectile dysfunction and easily identify cancers that take up space in that body with rigorously detailed tests and for women… well, we know where the womb is and where the egg comes from. But we don’t know what causes incredibly common conditions such as PCOS, Endometriosis, or vaginismus and we also don’t always have the best testing for uterus-based cancers. Some are even mistaken for pregnancy. And we also have no cures for these incredibly common often debilitating conditions and the only real “treatment” is birth control, which is still highly condemned in certain religious communities that say it is a crime against god to prevent life from forming in your belly, but if it happens to you as a teenager then you were a stupid slut who has to face the consequences of your actions and no, you can’t terminate it because the federal right to abortion has been overturned and your state doesn’t allow for pregnancy terminations legally anymore. Oh, is it an ectopic pregnancy guaranteed to kill you and the baby? Too bad, you have to keep it. Is it a child born of incest or rape? Nope, you have to keep it. Doesn’t matter that you never wanted to have sex in the first place, it’s now your responsibility and if you try to abort in another state we can prosecute you for murder because that’s the law now.

Yet these kind of women are the ones who claim a man shouldn't have the right to ask for a paternity test, and that he must raise someone else's child.
Ah, so we’re talking pre-1600’s, which is roughly the dark ages. Yes, serfs and slaves existed during this time and both suffered for it. Male slaves often never had to endure knowing that their children, if raped by women, would suffer the same fate as male slaves would often sell for more so they would simply never see them again, if not get beaten or killed. Women slaves could also suffer this same fate, but they would often be raped violently either before being beaten to death, or if not as they were being beaten to death, so as to get one last use of the female body before getting rid of her.

Yes, both male and female slaves had a horrible life, undoubtedly, you know what's the worst sin in Eastern orthodox church? Suicide. Why? Patriarchy is just a fancy word for fatherhood. Good parents never put themselves ahead of their children. Anyone who suggests that’s the problem with patriarchy is ignorant. The problem is that sometimes parents have to protect their children from themselves. Most children throw tantrums when their parents do that. That’s exactly what feminism is, humankind’s longest running tantrum. They b*tch when we protect them from themselves, and they b*tch when they’re left unprotected. Which is in fact what we do to boys and men. So that’s what equality actually looks like. Feminists don’t want equality. They want supremacy. They want all of the rights and privileges with none of the prerequisite sacrifices and accompanying responsibilities. They want the freedom to make their own lousy choices AND protections from the consequences of those choices. That’s not equality by any stretch of the imagination. That’s a childish outlook on life, complete with the boundless sense of entitlement to things that they haven’t earned and refuse to earn for themselves.

The Patriarchy is an encapsulation of the female need to be victims and to not have self-accountability nowadays.
In truth, evolution and the basic biology of women having babies put women into a dependency position within tribal structures. Tribes swapped either the sons or daughters with another tribe. Good & needful for genetic diversity. In some cases sons were swapped in other cases daughters were swapped. Either achieved the same outcome.
In Europe it seems daughters were swapped. Building social alliances was very necessary to female survival (which explains a lot about women today) so being swapped into a new tribe was fairly traumatic for the swapped daughter. She had to build social networks with unrelated women, to ensure she would have the support she would need.
In contrast, had she been born in a tribe that swapped sons, her social network would have been undisturbed. As a swapped daughter she would have been under thumb of the power structure of the existing women in the tribe and was in the position of being a supplicant to them.
In other words being a victim of the tribe's matrons and the matriarchal power structures. So patriarchy is an ancestral memory of being under (hostile?) matriarchal power structures.

Personaly I think it is the same hatred people have to banks or countries have to allies after a war. If you owe an unpayable debt you grow resentful and hateful of who you owe it to. Patriarchy is a social system where men tend to hold more power and leadership in areas like family, politics, and society, while women often have less influence or authority.
It doesn’t mean every man has power or every woman lacks it , it describes a pattern in how a society is structured.
Today, many places are moving toward more equality, but traces of patriarchal systems can still exist in culture, expectations, and institutions.
A society where one sex oppresses the other is completely unsustainable.
