Imagine for a moment what could have been done with the BILLIONS of dollars spent on ICE and the IRAN war so far? I've said this before:
1) Build a state of the art desalinization plant in conjunction with Mexico, somewhere on or near the border.
2) Literally bring water inland to the desert and build massive hydroponic growing centers
3) Employ thousands of US citizens and those were undocumented.
4) Build the necessary network of roads and infrastructure to support the area.
5) This would include housing, recreation, medical facilities-- essentially a small city

Once in place, you could move other businesses to the area as well. The problem is sourcing it all out to people who won't turn into another slave labor, billionaire oligarchy run grift. To do that, we'd have to elect an "honorable" government.

I realize it's a dream, but just imagine doing something constructive with all that money, and employing the people being shipped to prisons, and employing Americans, instead of grifting the entire US tax base and economy. Just imagine.

you mean the billionaires that employed millions of people and pay billions in taxes to support our economy vs immigrants or illegal who break the law, and cost taxpayers billions of dollars committing crimes, breaking the law, prison cost, court costs, police public defenders, paying interpreters , welfare, social security, snap and EBT to feed their children?

get rid of the billionaires and you just have the dumb ass liberals who refuse to pay their student loans and illegals who are draining the American taxpayer.

It's a case of FAIR control. Making sure billionaires pay their fair share of taxes, and make their money through fair means not exploitation.

Immigration needs to be controlled through quick fair processing and employment regulations, not silly schemes.

There are far fewer billionaires and they are much easier to locate and each one removed from society will have a far greater impact. I'd start with exterminating the easiest parasites that will have the most positive impact for the greatest number of people with the lowest investment of resources.

Then we can worry about controlling immigration.
