What is going on with my neighbor who won’t stop harassing me at home?

She follows me throughout my house and eavesdrop on my phone conversations. I live in a duplex and share a wall with her. She intentionally slams and bangs stuff to disturb me and my child at night. I haven't responded, reacted or confronted her about this and won't. She's been doing this since April 8, 2026 and it's now May 27, 2026 and she won't stop. What is her issue? Doesn't she get that I don't wanna be bothered with her?

Knock on her door and find out why she’s doing it. The police won’t do anything unless she threatens you or assaults you.
