It's different from say, America, or even governor recall elections or impeachments etc
But even a US President can resign, even a Sovereign can abdicate and even a UK Prime Minister can be resign/be voted out of confidence by their own Party
I wouldn't say it's anything concerning. UK and similar British derived countries have had revolving prime minister's before. It's nothing new. Just look at the 1820s, the 1900s, the 1960s/70s & nothing new. Australia, Canada elsewhere New Zealand.
It could be work load due to over reliance on the supreme head of parliament as opposed to reasonable distribution of labour across different sections of parliament.
I know somebody who quit a hedge fund after 3 months because of cruel working hours and extreme sleep deprivation.
They had been working hedge funds for over 12 years but that particular company was three times worse than the others that they worked at.

Cameron didn't want Brexit so left
May did the same
Johnson had the pandemic party scandal
Truss collapsed the economy (in a month)
Sunak I forget honestly
Starmer didn't follow the official manifesto (rather his own genocidal one)
His Labour replacement will likely do the same unless there's civil war to remove them from power

Even Nixon resigned the Presidency so you know. No country is perfect.
Nixon is the only resignation, but LBJ and Biden both decided to run for a second term

Hell sometimes the UK sounds about as messed up as the US politically
Remember how big the British Empire is! It's easy to get lost in some remote corner.
At least it is not for the same reason that Iran keeps losing Ayatollahs.
Because our politicians are all corrupt wankers.
Simples...
Same for the US
