Trending & News Agree, I think that even tho money isn't the core of a relationship, it surely has a role in it, now I know it's not necessarily a requirement because love isn't materialistic but its realistic to assume it's needed in a relationship, I will say financial instability surely helps someone find the core traits and value of women, I personally believe women that don't have a change in perception about you in financial struggles are the ones that deserve financially stability in a relationship, many men would agree these are the women worth spoiling when you finally crawl out of the trenches, but as someone that isn't financially stable yet I don't blame a woman for putting some form of realistic expectations when it comes to this, mostly if she wants something serious, financial stability becomes more of a necessity at that point, perhaps not by choice but by realistic measures.
If any part of dating is for you about how much you earn and how much you spend, then you should definitely prioritize financial stability before you start dating seriously. However, if there’s any romance in your heart, then you may find it difficult to reconcile a transactional relationship with more meaningful trust and loyalty. You might always wonder if your partner chose you or your income potential. The ideal is to meet someone after you have a plan but before you have the rewards for fulfilling your goals. It might be easier to trust that they care more about you than about what you can spend on them.
But that’s for you to decide for yourself.
I remember reading once that a life plan must begin with understanding where you are. Then deciding where you want to end up as well as how you are going to get there. Finally you may decide who will go with you. If you miss any step or get them in the wrong order, you put your plan in peril.
Good luck!
No. You can date without spending much money and your total spending might actually get lower if you get into a relationship because you can share costs on rent and other things.
Disagree, you still can depending on your approach.

I completely disagree.
I started dating when I was 16 and living at home. I had a car, part time jobs, and enough money to pay for gas and minor expenses.
I had three long-term, monogamous relationships, one after the other, through my mid-20s when my finances were similar. My girlfriends weren't after my money.
I got a great job when I was 26.5 years old and moved out soon after. But even then, none of my girlfriends weren't after my money. They all had jobs, too, and supported themselves.
I am really glad that I had relationships with wonderful girls/women when I was young. It was wonderful and taught me a lot. I am deeply grateful for those experiences.
The only point at which financial stability is beneficial is when you get married. But I certainly didn't want to get married when I was young. That would have been a disaster. In the meantime, I had lots of fun.
It turns out that this is really complicated. You probably shouldn't date until you are financially stable, but just as important, you shouldn't date when you have money, because money makes you a target. The bottom line is, don't date at all.
Nope, you're going to waste all your youth single
you can date, just don't touch or look at her... lol.
Agree, some pricks are so cheap or cheapskates by nature 🛼🛼
For shame
Disagree. I was not financially stable until I was married and had 3 kids.
I disagree. There are things you can do that don't require a lot of money, and poor people need love too
Many people don't find financial security until their 30s, so that would be a weird rule.
Both humans shouldn't have to parasite off eachother
I disagree you always have to be well off just for dating
I did it before that, wasn't an issue
stable? that is like waiting endlessly?
This doesn't make sense
