Usually if there was any girl in my company, a cousin or a friend or anyone, if it gets late at night, i drive them back home and make sure that the girl has entered her house...

I would say no it's not a safe area for a girl to walk alone, but I would go further and say it's not safe for a guy to walk down there alone too.
One time I was walking alone in suburbia in a quiet nice area at approx 10pm, and 2 guys stopped me, they didn't look like muggers, neither was particularly frightening, and one a small guy, probably was more frightened of me, because the bigger guy was out of range to protect him.
Nothing developed because a crowd of young people came around the corner, and I cheerfully went on my way after wishing them a good evening.
But late at night or even during the day, we all should try to avoid quiet areas, away from the general public, and even two guys would be no match for a gang waiting for just the right opportunity to attack or rob someone.
It really depends where she is walking, but it's always better to have an escort.
Back when I was dating, I never let my date walk by herself at night, even if it was only from the car to her door.

Depends on where you live. In some places it's safe for even a small child to walk alone at night while in other places it's not safe for even a 7 foot tall bodybuilder to walk alone at night.

Yeah probably not. Most women are weaker than most men and that's simple biology. That puts women at a disadvantage and makes things more unsafe for them.

When you hike alone, always take some safety measures, like i said before, you're only allowed to hike as long as you can come back home safe and sound hehe
If you’re talking about outside the city when there’s nobody around, hiking alone is how stupid people disappear. They find dead people up in the mountains here all the time that went hiking alone
It's ridiculously safe where I live. A woman is far more likely to get into trouble at a club, party or at home than walking. Seriously, the random crime in public is close to zero.

It's Australia. @Nikki1989 will probably say something similar. You have to work pretty hard to find a dodgy neighbourhood.

- Does she have a pepper spray

those places are the more los angeles type of places in turkey, i live at samsun (lived for 7 years at trabzon) currently, i don't know if you know the reputation they have of us but we are pretty much the most likely to be serial killers in the future city in our countries yearbook.

no, it is pretty much culture, we can be filthy rich (and trust me some of us are) but we are still the same wild and feral criminals. poverty is not something as big as it is in other places, in turkey there is uneducated and extremely uneducated not just uneducated.

It depends on where you live. It is in my town. There are always children playing on the streets of our neighborhood when it's nice out at night.
