nope, waiting 8 months to get in to see s doctor to get s prescription for antibiotics to cure a UTI.
Or waiting so long to get cancer treatment that you croak in the process.
Not that there is such a thing as journalism anymore, but wouldn't it be interesting for a brave journalist to ask Bernie if he will be on the same shitty plan he wants everyone else to be on?

Remember how bad Healthcare got when Covid was going on?
I needed a prescription for antibiotics and I could not get in to see my doctor. I was sent to a Urgent Care place. There were dozens of people getting tested for covid. I figured if I didn't have it when I got there, I would leave with it. When I finally got to see a doctor he told me to go to thr emergency room at the hospital. I told him to just look at my chart and see that this is a problem omi have had in the past. He was not interested in helping me so I had to wait two days before I was able to see somebody who would write a prescription. If Mad Max had to do to the doctor it would be just like that.
Imagine something like that only ten tinea worse
I've been to the emergency room about a half a dozen times this year and each time was about a 12-hour wait.
My last doctor was really cool about it. After about 6 or 8 hours he came and told me they won't do that procedure at night. He offered to let me sleep on a comfortable gurney, get me some food and have me spend the night in the hall of the ER so I could be first in line in the morning. As dumb as that sounded it made perfect sense and I did it.
Take away private insurance and this is going to be a disaster.
I suffer from insomnia so I just watched Netflix and posted on gag all night long.
Britney Sanders heβs not gonna do anything
Brittany won't, but her grandfather Bernie might! π
Look, I'm doing everything I can to sneak you in the back door of the White House and get you that secret service job. But you have to stop calling Bernie, Brittany.
You're just going to piss him off and you don't want that from a yellow belt in karate!

No. I had government insurance. They kicked me off the plan because I saved half of my social security disability check... but... ironically, now without the insurance, I'm going to have to spend my entire savings over the next year to see doctors and to buy medication, so I'll go right back on the insurance once I'm broke again from not being allowed to... save money...
So who wants to pay for my funeral? You? I've had 4 strokes in the past 14 years, so I figure I'm about to check out. I can't afford life insurance, I've priced it before, and with my medical history it runs about $300 per month for the premium of bare-minimum coverage*, and I'm not allowed to save money for my own fucking funeral, or I get penalized by the government.
*IF I was 50+ years old, I'd somehow qualify for enough coverage at just a few dollars per month, but because I'm not yet 50, it costs 300 per month... which is completely ass backwards.
The only reason I'm able to saev money is I moved back home with my mother. Otherwise, Rent in a group home for disabled people is almost as much as renting your own apartment: runs about 700 to 800 dollars per month for a shared bedroom and shared bathroom and shared kitchen, and what usually happens is most of the other assholes don't do any chores in the house and I'm the most disabled person in the house and end up clearning up behind 9 other guys.
That's completely fucked up. The whole point of disability income is just to help you survive. If they turn around and ask for the money back, then why did they give it to you in the first place?
I wish they made micro studio apartments for people in your situation, so you wouldn't have to go to that shitty group home.
You're not allowed to have more than 2000 dollars in savings of any kind, and not allowed to own an automobile of any kind, not even a completely junked one. They want you to be completely homeless or stuck living with your mom until the day you die.
If you try to work, you're not allowed to make more than 1300 dollars per month, or they kick you off the program. And for every 2 dollars you make by working, they take away one dollar from your SSDI check. If you go over 1300 even one time, they kick you off the program, and you have to wait another 6 months to a year to requalify.
Before I had my strokes, I was working 60+ hours per week on night shift, and I paid all my taxes and then some, but now that I'm disabled, the government wants to screw me out of the program every time I try to use my brain to advance myself.
Maybe it's time to take the gloves off and start getting a bit devious. I know a girl who works in an Asian grocery store and she works for cash under the table.
If it means we can go back to member-led mutual aid societies like we did before insurance companies, then I am all for it. Something tells me Boinie Sanduhs would hate that even more though.
Bernie just wants to be in control of you every movement in your life.
He works for the government so he knows better than you.
To force the government to cover.
