Just now a candidate running as a Democrat for mayor of Los Angeles, CA who is part of the DSA was declared the winner of this week's election and will take over that city... the second largest city in America. Add that to the current mayor of New York City, the largest city in America and its DSA mayor Zohran Mamdani who took office earlier this year and the two largest cities in America are now controlled by the Democratic Socialists of America, a communist organization.
So far after this week's election that makes approximately 43 high ranking government positions in federal and state governments in the United States that have recently been filled by DSA candidates. This is a massive and rapidly expanding trend. The DSA has clearly become synonymous with the Democratic Party in America.
Did I mention that the word Nazi stood for Nationalsozialist in German... ("National Socialist" in English)?
Is this democracy? Or a dictatorial takeover.

Yes, and a big wakeup call for the Trump administration. I do not think it is a bad as the fake news says. President Trump has the Veto and can still make Executive Orders but getting any cooperation from congress is out of the question. It is a good thing ICE and the Border patrol is funded for the next three years so the deportations will continue.
In two years when the public sees that the democrats had no plan for making things more affordable and it will be shown that they made gas prices higher because none of the oil companies will want to invest in new wells. They will lose big time in 2028.
And when they see the economy taking a nosedive because the Democrats are pushing Communist Chinese propaganda designed to prevent America from becoming the leader in AI. China is moving full speed ahead with it while working through the Democrats to scare Americans away from it. The Democrats are talking about banning it here. Do people not have any idea what will happen if China becomes the AI leader of the planet? They see it as their perfect opportunity to dominate us economically and militarily. THEN what will happen?
China is already signing massive contracts with foreign countries to move their AI operations there instead of keeping them here in the US now that they Democrats are taking over. They companies are already fleeing fearing the Democrats will destroy them. There will never be an opportunity to undo this before its too late. China has us right where they want us. Reminds me of when the Democrats were pushing "Green Energy" using Chinese propaganda to push their movement. Meanwhile the Chinese were moving full speed ahead with building fossil fuel infrastructure and rapidly closed a lot of the gap between US economic and military power and Chinese power.
Now it is happening all over again and this one very well may push China over the top while the Democrats again push the Chinese America killing propaganda.
@RingOfFire all major stock indexes took a nosedive today despite positive economic new with the new jobless claims the lowest in 57 years and an increase in consumer spending.
The investors are reacting to the moratorium democrats want to put on AI data centers and their push for the Fed to print more money.
Correct. That is what caused today's market freefall.
You can be sure the DSA is cheering. Their goal is to destroy the capitalism that creates the wealth in America and in the pocket of the 158 million American citizens who own stocks.

Right now the stock futures markets are rebounding a little but I think we can expect lots of volatility in the near term at least as it's going to be a politically bumpy ride as the Democrats attempt to create chaos.
The Japanese markets are in a freefall.
One last comment... sorry for so many posts. If you think you are having a bad day, Elon Musk's companies lost over $420 billion since the election. The Democrats are hell bent on destroying him because he is the epitome of capitalist success and American innovation (along with Trump). If they can take him down it will go a long way towards stifling innovation in America... one of our most important strengths.
I keep saying that my late boyfriend passed away just in time (2023) and doesn't have to live through all of this. He's safely in heaven.
I often think the same thing about my Dad who was a big Trump fan and passed away just before the pandemic started and the 2020 presidential election. I was glad he didn't have to see the chaos of 2020 from both.

I sure hope it never comes to that and I don't think it needs to. Republicans have to step up their game and use their legal powers to stop this movement. Instead of wasting the last two years in Congress, where they spent half the time in recess while they should have been passing bill after bill after bill that would stop these socialists in their tracks, they took vacations and collected their pay accomplishing almost nothing and failed to back President Trump who had all the right ideas.
It's a start for them.
