I don’t know what to tell you, I did write my average to be 12 seconds, and my absolute fastest, max, to be 11 seconds. I did 8 intervals, so I probably couldn’t average 11 seconds on all of them, but if I was say well-rested, full of energy, then 11 would be it. 12 is much more an accurate representation of how fast I can run the 100 meters on average
Dude... I just stated that if you can run 11 seconds without professional training and proper technic, you can be an Olympic sprinter. In the last Olympics, there were sprinters in the first round that clocked 11.81.
Yeah, I don’t sprint, haven’t had any professional training whatsoever, and I’m positive my technique isn’t perfect. I could probably drop a second or two on my 100 if I really tried for a few years, maybe or maybe not. Thanks for your response, I just didn’t want anyone to think I was making this up or bragging in any way.
My ankle refused to cooperate right there in the neurologist's office today. So instead of seeing me in a few more years I get a blood test, a cat scan and an appointment in a few months.

Can't anymore. Used to run 8 miles. can't do that either. I spose I could if someone was in trouble.
Pretty sure my heart would cave though. Angina.
Could do just over 13 in highschool. Fucking slow now
It depends on what i get afterwards. I can do it in no time if i have get reward for it. Also it depends on the reward though. 😂
i dont know how long a meter is but i can run 100 yards in about 11 seconds im pretty sure thats a similar distance. i dont care enough to look it up
Well 11 seconds for 100 m is absolutely good. The last time I did was 25 seconds lol
11 seconds back in the day.
i don't sprint anymore because i'm an old man.
My best time was 10.3 I almost made it to the Olympics
On a good day 9.9 secs but it's been awhile since I've done so
The last time I was actually timed it was 13 seconds roughly.
40 in 5. 100 in about 13. That last 20 feels like peanut butter, I swear
So you can run 100m (without professional training), faster than some Olympic sprinters?
Average men’s Olympic sprinters are around mid to upper 9s I believe
Nope. There are Olympic qualified sprinters that clock 11.30

i did track in middle school and sucked but my lowest was like 16-17 seconds lmao
Depends on what's chasing me 😂
😂🤣 a bear
😂 then probably the fastest I've ever ran... Meaning falling and tripping after the first 3 steps
😂🤣 you girl need to play in a thriller movie
😂😂😂
No idea. Never timed myself
I can do a mile in around 7 mins.
Last time i did it was 11
Wow 😮😮😮
I estimate 8 or 9 minutes if my ankle cooperates.
Lol yep around 10 here myself if i really go for it
