Did Scott Steiner (in his prime) have the best physique in all of professional wrestling history?

He certainly had one of them but not sure it was the best. In their prime, guys like Superstar Billy Graham, Tony Atlas, The Ultimate Warrior, Goldberg, Buff Bagwell, Batista, Lex Luger, Kerry Von Erich and others all had equally good if not better physiques. By the way, the second picture you posted of Scott Steiner is a morph. His arms were never that big. You can see what he actually looked like flexing in this photo. Big difference.

Those guys were all pretty jacked, and I'll add Jesse "The Body" Ventura to that list. How did you come to the conclusion that the photo is a morph? He (Steiner) went through a lot of physical changes during his career; I think he was at his biggest around age 32-38.

Steiner always had big biceps but relative to his biceps, his triceps were always much smaller. You can see that in the first photo you posted where his biceps are popping out but his triceps look almost flat. In the second photo you posted his triceps totally dwarf his biceps. It just looks fake. No one with the possible exception of the top 6 at Mr. Olympia have tricep development like that.

I don't know if he is the best physique of all History, But I think what He deserve going to Top 3 (rank 1, 2, or 3 depends of others thoughs and likes of people).
