Why does steam come out of my vagina?

I haven’t showered in 5 days and I ran out of soap, so I decided to use hand sanitizer on my cooch and it started to burn so then I rinsed it off with some hot water. I went to go take a poop and steam was coming out everywhere and I was burning, I started crying. Should I make an appointment to my doctors officer? Please help it still burns! 😔

Pretty sure the steam was from the hot water. Or if the toilet is really cold then the steam is from your pee.
