Is it worse being left on Read or Delivered?

Read means they read it and dont care to respond or they dont know how to respond

Delivered means they haven't read it at all and so if you are trying to get a point across, they haven't read your point.

So oponions?

delivered is worse cause if they read it that means they care still if they're still opening your message. if it's delivered they could have deleted you or just don't care at all.
