Can anyone help me fix overscan issue on my TV?

My tv overscans the image only when im using HDMI I've tried everything but i can't find a way to fix it the TV is from a company Vox electronics first time i heard about that i wanted to buy a monitor but my dad told me a TV would be better so here we are

It depends on what kind of video card you have. If you right click the desktop, you should see either Nvidia Control Panel, AMD control panel, or Intel Control panel (or at least graphics properties). Within these menus there should be a display tab with over scan or custom resolutions with slider bars to fit it perfectly to the screen.

I'm assuming you're using a PC since you mentioned wanting a monitor.

I figured it out with the PC but the question was about PS4 i guess i forgot to mention while i was so pissed at the TV
