Is quantum physics basically magic?

Ie reality warping within the physical universe. Because it really feels like it lol.

I dont really understand either but magic makes a lot more sense to me.

With magic you read a lot of books over many years from the scary parts of an extremely old library and then go and live in a cave and that allows you to do lots of really cool shit like cast fireballs and what have you.

With quantum physics you read a much smaller amount of books then group up with a bunch of other physics and build a doomsday machine using all of the worlds magnets and try not to suck all of the toblerones into a black hole while taking an infinite amount of photographs of things that dont exist, then every now and then when you think you have a good one you study it like one of those magic eye things and try to level up.

There are a lot of cats involved in both of these things but magic users tend to have much greater control over their cats, to the extent that anyone can ever hope to control a cat and they tend perform a sort of minion or familiar role. With physists they will tell you that their cat is asleep on a pile of freshly ironed washing but thats only because the physist isn't a high enough level and so they are unable to percieve the true reality in which they are infact dead and the cat is eating their face.

So in summary, lots of cats, wizards much cooler than more powerful than physists.

Magic is just science that hasn't been explained yet. In a near future, quantum physics won't be that weird stuff everyone is not even trying to understand.
I'm not worried about it, but I'm so curious to really know the extent of what mastering it will give us. Will it change our lives? Or will it just stay mostly theorical?

"Magic" is simply the term given to those who have the ability to manipulate the unseen forces of nature. Quantum physics is not magic, it's just trying to explain what we don't yet know.
