No, I really appreciate them. I grew up without one, so I'm lucky.

I know how to use it and when I need to take a break. I regularly spend time without it. It's a good idea to do that.

No. I fucking hate smartwatches. They are not very smart, and are awful watches

I'm not a fan of them "just yet" however, like dumb phones to smartphones, in my future lifetime perhaps I'll grow to use them and like them as second nature, in another 5-10-15 more years? Lol 😆

I've grown to love smartphones especially since I started using one in 2020. Are you old enough to remember using and owning personally dumb phones? I remember owning and going through several dumb phones, right up until about early 2020 or just prior to.
📱🤳 I prefer Android strongly over iPhone, and look I've used and owned iPod Touches in the past, never an iPhone. And happily 🤭😋
