Nope, not a fan. It can be funny at first, but it can also be dangerous. Scammers prey on people's trust and vulnerabilities. Plus, it wastes their time and could lead to someone getting hurt. A good partner would shut it down and protect you both from those risks. Maybe suggest they watch some funny scammer takedown videos instead – safer and still entertaining!
