World you be willing to make an interplanetary move?

Let’s say that a company was offering you a high paying job a house and all the basic amenities you would need or want to move to a new colony on mars. The colony is a domed city so you don’t need a space suit unless your leaving the city. The only catch is you can only take your SO and any kids or pets you have with you. No parents siblings or friends or anything like that, and the time it takes to send a message from Mars to earth is between 10-20 mins. Would you still move?

As a young man I would have considered it. Buidling a Martian colony (or an interplanetary empire if you are ambitious enough) is going to take a tremendous amount of work, and I'm old and lazy.
