Impatient drivers that pull out too early?

I drive 7 days a week. Mostly in the city. Sometimes i drive out here in the country/small town where most of my friends live. But i drive a lot. And when I'm driving on a busy road, like one of the busiest roads in a small town, there's usually a Bugs Bunny Looney Tuney that pulls out into the road in front of me, where i gotta slow down from 75 to 40 or else I'd hit em. Why can't people just wait huh? Just. Wait.

Is this something that happens a lot in small towns? I feel like its a small town thing because it doesn't happen much in the city. Well, it happens in the city but i think it happens more often in small towns. Anybody else have the same experience in small towns or big cities?

I would question why there is a 75 mph speed limit in a small town in the first place.

part of speed limits is based on roads that join the main one.

Very few places in the UK have a national (60mph) speed limit inside a town, it usually drops to 40mph or 30mph.

Also city drivers are definitely the most impatient and take more risks, mainly as that’s how city driving tends to work, you can’t wait too long.
