Can I be like an American? How long will it take?

I am working in tourism in my country, most people say that my English is very good and I look like a european person.

But I love America so much, everything about it since I was a kid. In a few years, I will try to move to the US.

But how long will it take to be a 100% American if I work hard? I am 30 years old. When I am in the US, I want people to think that I am a real American: language, accent, culturally etc.
