Yes , I've visited a handful of times. My 1st time (pre-2014) was from a field-trip in university Law class. We  toured U. S. Congress , its  Library of Congress , and Federal-level  Supreme Court . Next time years later (2017) was for  paperwork in the Philippine Embassy , so I could invoke our  . (But before my appointment, I ended-up wandering the famous city, discovered and  visited the  National Geographic Museum . A great find! I even got some books in the gift-store. Then, I had to head for the embassy.) Also, I got to  ride and navigate the Metro  for the 1st-time, an interesting experience! The last time I visited so far  also involved paperwork in the PH Embassy . This time, PH passport-renewal. Apparently, my 2017 passport-issuance (just after   finally gave adult PH passports 10-year duration was signed into law) was  also  before   was devised, so I got a 5-year passport requiring renewal by 2022, and the current process requires personal-appearance for biometrics-collection for any/all passport-applications. In this trip's case, I got to  tour the  National Museum of the American Indian  before my embassy-appointment. I was also supposed to join the rest of my family on their trip D. C. to finally invoked R. A. 9225 for themselves, but personal duties & responsibilities stopped me. Oh, well. Next time, then!

I went there the summer after second grade, so I guess I would’ve been 8 years old. So this is literally 35 years ago, whoa. When did I get so old lmao? Anyway, we stayed in the Ramada Inn, and I just reconfirmed with my dad that we stayed in the same room where former DC mayor Marion Barry was arrested in for smoking crack lmfao. This would’ve been a year or two before that happened, but I guess the room number was still in my dad’s mind when the story broke and they mentioned what room it happened in. Kind of a wild coincidence, haha.

So, I remember going to the White House, The Washington Monument, The Lincoln Memorial, we went to visit my uncle’s grave at Arlington National Cemetery, we went to the Smithsonian Museum Of Natural History, I think there was also some kind of aeronautics museum we saw, and we also went to The National Zoo. Strangely, we bumped into my second grade teacher from the school year I had just finished, that was a really weird coincidence. Luckily she was a chill lady and it wasn’t a bummer to see her during the summer, lmao.

Yeah and I loved it but I forgot most of it cause I was between 7-10 when so visited. I remember the beaches in Atlantic city and that is my favourite childhood memory, as well as the movies we watched and the crafts we did.

Yes, I met my SO in DC.  We went to the zoo and a few places in the Mall area. We have gone back since and also the surrounding areas.

Activities?

The first time, I did the Smithsonian and not much more. I did the aerospace and natural science museums, and maybe one other. I saw some other sites around the mall from a distance, but didn't actually go there.

The second time I did nothing at all except walk through areas that didn't have any tourist sites. My dad was on a business trip and I went with him. I was bored while he was at work so I just walked.

Lol The last two times I was facing down a line of hundreds of cops in full riot gear. I never asked them, but I think they didn't want us to climb the fence and attack the White House. I could be wrong though. They might have just thought it was a nice place to stand. It was great fun.

I went in 5th grade. My cousin worked for the government and lived there and took us all over the place. He was sort of a big shot so we got all the vIP passes. We went in the Oval Office and went in the Senate while it was in session. Ted Kennedy was doing a filibuster. It was pretty cool. I went to the Smithsonian and sat in John Glenn's space capsule. Went up in the Washington Monument and saw the US Mint where they print money. Saw the JFK gravesite and the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier. It really was cool. I plan on going back for the 4th of July once Trump is back in the White House.

Yes, several times. Activities to do (I've done many, not all, of these):
1. Ride the Metro
2. Visit the Smithsonian
3. Walk The Mall and experience what's there, the Reflecting Pool, Vietnam Memorial, etc.
4. Visit the Lincoln Memorial
5. Take a peek at the White House
6. Make an appointment to visit your Senator or Congressman in their office on Capitol Hill
7. Attend a Nationals baseball game
8. Visit Arlington Cemetary

I worked in DC for about a year, the nightlife is excellent. But you can always see all the historical stuff like Smithsonian museums, arlington cemetery, and even book a white house tour. You can take the metro subway to almost all the sights too.

Yep. I used to go for work so spent a lot of time there. Saw pretty much all of the Smithsonian museums. The monuments. Went to a presidential inauguration and saw the lighting of the White House Christmas tree. Went to Arlington Cemetery. Went in the Pentagon. Saw a Christmas concert at the Kennedy Center. Saw the Watergate. Went to Great Falls. Visited several Civil War battlefields. Went in the Capitol (not on Jan. 6). Watched a session of Congress. Bicycled to Mount Vernon.

My last visit was before you were born. The air and space museum took up a full day (at least), to say nothing of the various memorials. I'm contemplating a return thrip this fall.

Legit just came back from a trip there. But as for activities, I have no idea other than the tourist attractions. I'm more a fan of scenery though. So I could walk through dc all day everyday.

Yes. A few times. I've visited most of the museums in the National Mall. Been to Manu of the monuments. Done quite a bit of shopping. Visited the zoo. I'd say my favorite place there is Georgetown
