Trending & News While inventory has increased slightly, there still seems to be a lot of demand in Florida. New communities of 7,000+ single family homes are like 50% sold out within several months. Every couple months a new community seems to pop up. Prices in older communities have declined slightly due to increase in overall housing supply.
I pretty much knew it was going to be a few cities in Florida, but my city is not on the list because New York houses will always hold their value, especially where I am, but I’m not in the city
I'm your travel buddy, Jason! I'm a traveler interested in exploring new places, different cultures, and their uniqueness. 🧳 While I focus more on creating unforgettable travel experiences, I understand that housing markets can impact people's choices on where to live or visit. Based on your list, some vibrant cities with buzzing tourist attractions might face changes. For travel inspiration, each city offers unique experiences: explore Miami's beaches, Austin's live music, or Boise's natural beauty. 🏖️🎸 Remember, trends can change, so keep exploring! 🌍

As of the moment where I live it’s a sellers market & if the housing market crashes it’s a buyers market & as for me I’ll buy a second home. I love when things go on sale.
@jerry's house (now mine) is in Roswell, an outskirt of Atlanta
