I think this would work in the UK because walking home drunk in high heels is hard and you'd be a lot safer in a Turkish basket.
Thoughts? Have you ever been so drunk you needed carried home in a basket

In the 1980's there was a boxer named Wilbert ""Vampire" Johnson who was carried to the ring from a casket from which he emerged, drank red-coloured wate in his corner to appear he was drinking blood and because he was lacking four front teeth, had his false choppers made to look like fangs. About 1985, he was knocked out in the first round the thunderous-punching John "the Beast" Mugabi. I was watching the televised tilt with my father, turned to him and said, "Dad, one more Mugabi punch and Vampire might have REALLY needed that casket." Unfortunately, the colourful Johnson died near Christmas 1989. Hope he's happy in Vampire Heaven !!!
No, even when i blacked out i was still self propelled. I couldn’t necessarily predict where i would end up, but i always got there on my own. Ell oh ell!
However, i do use ride share apps so i don’t feel like i hafta drive drunk. So a little help doesn’t hurt, but i’m a big guy. Something tells me that i would retire a few basket dudes.
That might be okay for a drunk dwarf, but I don't think it would work for a 300 lb bruiser, like Fat Albert.
Like the movie?

it would have to be some basket but I would be all over that, it would be fun
Generally, certainly not. Now, having at school once being very drunk after visiting a brewery with the complete class, I would maybe even have welcomed being helped back to the boarder school in a basket. By the way, a class mate did help me, not with a basket, but by carrying me more or less ;0)
Case sensitive I'd say. We do not always have the choice.
Does this make on a basket case? I was once so sauced that I was able to fall asleep on the hood of a VW beetle
I've never been that drunk, but if someone wants to carry me home in a basket, and save me the energy to walk home, I would of course let them.
So this is the origin of the phrase basket case clearly.
Do women want to be known basket cases? It gets close to be being known to be an anybody's after a few drinks. I would have thought.
think I'd be more comfortable and interested... if I were the one carrying people in a basket, lmfao...
Good luck with that I’m over 6 feet tall. I’m a big man but not fat. By the way, how tall are you?
5ft 1
We don't grow tall here. It's too windy
So long as I were in one piece and breathing, yes.
If they can carry 250 pounds, but I usually do my drinking at home so I don’t have to worry about getting home
No thanks, I can walk quite well.
I would as long as it was free
You will not get a DWI!!
No I wouldn't
