Why Don't Trump Supporters Make The Same Demands of Their Own Candidate?

It's one thing to say another candidate lied, stole, cheated, whatever it is you believe they did and demand answers, transparency, admissions of guilt, and what have you, but on the same token, why do you not demand that of your own candidate of choice?

It's so easy to say the media this and that, or the other candidate this or that, but when there is hard proof that something your own candidate said or did was wrong, why does it seem like just about everyone supporting Trump conveniently turns a blind eye? If you want transparency and the truth from Hillary, than why not demand that of your own candidate whom you're going to vote for? What will it matter if you get all the transparency in the world from Hillary and you get her to apologize for wrong doing if your own candidate is allowed to say and do anything he wants without any repercussions. We already know a lot of what Trump has said and done has not been based on fact. Not all, but quite a bit, but instead of acknowledge this, a lot of diversions and smoke screens have been thrown up to distract from the misinformation like just blaming everything on the media and how they are supposedly out to get Trump?

This is the man you want for president. You seem to want him to say and do whatever he wants and not apologize or correct errors made, but how is that going to work on a global scale, or hell, even a national one, where the decisions he makes can have massive consequences. Again, we can yell and scream about Hillary, but let us assume you get your wish and Trump wins...what then? Is it really going to be okay with you if he hides information or doesn't address faulty decisions that can or will affect your life, your money, your education, jobs, or our soldiers at war?

Feel free to say Hillary is a liar, she's the devil, you'd never in a million years vote for her, but in the meantime, are you really thinking about your own candidate or are you swept up in just wanting anyone else but Hillary to win? When someone tells you something that is not factual and you allow them to just go about their business and not address it or apologize for wrong doing, what does that say? You don't allow that from people you barely know, but for president...that's a-okay?

I'm not talking about opinions, or made up things, I'm talking about actual facts that have been proven by fact checkers, history, and video evidence. If you think the media should be tougher with Hillary, why then whenever they are tougher with Trump is it just the media going overboard? You can't have it both ways. The media, citizens, everyone, should be asking tough questions of someone you will be trusting to run this country. Deflecting every question to, but we should focus on Hillary's lies, is not a candidate addressing the issues we need them to address and tackling those hard hitting problems we face as a nation. If anything, the focus should be on talking about what one is going to do for this country and addressing how they plan to do that.

At the end of the day, it is complete hypocrisy for you to go all out in your hatred of one candidate for her lies and all that she has done, but yet, not treat your own candidate in the same manner for doing the same exact thing you proclaim is the main problem with the other one!

That is true of both sides. Lets not pretend this is something that only Trump supporters do. Democrats turn a blind eye to anything their canidate does and jumps on every opportunity to attack the Reblican canidate does.

You both resort to using petty insults against the opposite side. You both talk down to anyone who supports the opposing canidate. You both exagerate the flaws in the oposing canidate and try to assassinate their character while ignoring the flaws in your own.

Oh and for the record, I plan to stay home on election day. I don't give a fuck who wins.

... maybe I wasn't clear enough... but Hillary isn't the freaking messiah. I do demand answers, I do question her motives, her policies, and her past because I, unlike most 2 second media clip readers, want to be as informed as possible about who is running and if you ask me, I will be the first to say, but let's not forget back when this happened, etc. It's one thing for people to support Trump and admit he is also a liar, he is not transparent, he does not apologize, and another for them to paint him has flawless and free from the very things they claim Hillary is or that she actually is.

This is so true - He has done it so much that people are immune - I watched some of the weekly shows yesterday - A lot about birtherism - Not a mention of the fact that he pondered for a second time could HC be assassinated by a gun nut or an in depth look into his policies, on how it was costed - On the birtherism issue, DT beat it to death for 5 years after BO produced his long form birth cert - DT surrogates "LALALALALALALALA HC campaign sent a memo in 2007 that was never acted upon LALALALALALA, I am going to keep LALALALALAing till you change the subject" - That will work so well in the White House if he is elected.
One of the internet sites was doing a interview with undecideds and showed one of HC's attack ads of DT saying mad things with kids watching, they just laughed because it is just the Donald. A candidate for leader of the Free World saying "Mexicans are rapists and drug dealers", "Women are pigs", "POWs aren't heroes" "Some Gold Star Families are somehow less because of their faith".

It's crazy. I don't for a second give HC a free pass. If you want my vote, sure I would expect to see records, expect you to apologize if you make a mistake, expect you to own what you did in your past, and expect her her to act presidential, but if I want that from my candidate, I can't very well, go to another and just say, you know, whatever goes. I don't need any records from you, or for you to actual speak factually or to apologize. Heck, do whatever. That makes no sense. This is someone who might potentially hold our nations secrets and be in charge of making major decisions about America. A fair race is looking into each candidate as an open book and finding out all that we can so people can make an informed decision, not blindly just going along with either side... just cuz...

Trump's lies probably more then Hillary, but with one difference. Nobody died because of Trump's lies. Hillary has blood on her hands. You can say Trump stole money but lives are worth more then money. And if you're so creative answer me a question: why don't you look at what racist things Hillary has said yet only accuse Trump of being a racist?
And yes he is the man I want for president because, unlike Hillary, he is not bought and won't be the same thing as pieces of shit like George Bush and Barack Obama.

Trump has not had the opportunity to get blood on his hands as he has never been in the political arena or in charge of any lives aside from his employees, so let's not start in on, look how innocent he is. It's easy to sit back and say, but I haven't caused any death... well you also haven't had the chance, the power, or the means to which is what unfortunately every single president runs into and any person in a high enough rank.

I've already recognized Hillary as an imperfect human being, who has done many wrong things, a lot of which I don't condone, but I know that and hold her to the fire for what she has done, not blindly support her but why don't you and other supporters do the same for Trump for his lies. If we're going to call Hillary a liar, Trump sure as hell is one too.

Trump has so much money that if he had wanted to he could have easily ordered someone he doesn't like killed, yet his enemies do not turn up dead. We still don't know he would've murdered someone, and in this country, if someone hasn't yet murdered, then he is innocent until proven guilty. I never disagreed with you that Trump isn't a liar. He is. But I believe Hillary is much worse. Her husband has done much worse. She will do as well. Her good friend George Bush has done much worse then Trump has ever done. Trump has supported every war and foreign intervention that Clinton has. The difference between Clinton and Trump isn't that Clinton got people killed, it's that Trump didn't have the same opportunities to get people killed. I can get you a video of Trump advocating that we topple Gaddafi if you don't believe me. Or one where he supported the Iraq invasion. Vote for Gary Johnson if you want a candidate who is different.

How can you be upfront if you're also lying? That's the very definition of not being up front. Telling it "how it is," when how it is is a lie, is not being up front. And it's crazy when I hear no one is demanding anything of Hillary... that woman has been on trial since she was in office, everything is questioned about her, people demand her medical records, her taxes, her phone records and the lot... have you seen Trumps tax records which every candidate in recent years has given... no...

Support who you want, but don't tell another party what they should and shouldn't do if you don't demand the same of your own candidate and expect them to take you seriously. If you demand transparency, demand it across the board. If you want to see someone's records, ask to see your own candidates records. Otherwise, tell it like it is and say you believe the so called rules only apply to everyone else.
