I really hate how the media is not putting this on blast. I think i've only heard it like twice the last week. This is just horrible. My husband is white and I'm Hispanic and I have been outcasted by other Hispancs and even my own Mexican family for marrying a white guy. He is the most loving, hardworking, and tolerant person. Racism CAN go both ways-it's sickening.
Would you have married a black guy that has the same qualities as the white guy?
The same qualities as a white guy? I don't understand your question... If you mean the same qualities as my husband? Possibly... I've dated black guys if that's where you're getting at.
The general black population of the US are more racist than the people they claim are racist against them. Yes hillbilly racist exist as well, but No one brings up color more than a person of color.
No one spews hate against an entire race with such openness and hatred as black people do with the entire white race.
Society allows the black population the ability to spew this hate without real repercussions. Because when it is brought up... the "victim card" is generally played and scapegoats about how their ancestors were oppressed and therefore "fuck white people".
SJW's and Feminism have been fueling this fire for years.. Their whole "Racism is power + prejudice" bullshit theory that means only white people can be racist.
That is not a theory, it is attempted justification of racism.

Cut the racial tension, by reminding people it is not one race vs another but civil minded people of all races, against evil racists.
Blacks have ALWAYS gotten a pass when it comes to this. Yet
whenever white people say anything slightly critical we're branded racists.
The Black community rails out against young black men being shot by law enforcement. Did it ever occur to them that these young men put themselves
in confrontations with the police, then sometimes get shot. But I guess the
Black community doesn't take that into account. Obama in my opinion has engendered
much of this. I thought race relations were much better. He set them back 50 years. He has been a terrible President. He made promises to the Black community he knew he couldn't keep. in my opinion he threw the Black community under the bus. For that the Black community shuld be angry.
Racism is based off of power construct. No black people can't be racist but they can be prejudice and biogts, as the example showed. However black people cannot make laws that systematically disenfranchise whites or other groups because THEY HOLD NO POWER. My God it's real a simple concept and its not hard to understand.

I'm not allowed to think torturing a white man is wrong because black people had it worse? I'm aware of that. I take an African American history class. And no, I will not delete this post because being racist back is COUNTERPRODUCTIVE. What is torturing a mentally disable white man going to do? It's going to cause even more racial tension. It's going to cause us to hate each other.
I even have a post written up about the Charleston shooter, which is what I told another commenter. I'm allowed to speak out against all forms of racism. It doesn't matter what skin color or doing the deed.
You're also wrong about people going crazy. This happened a few days ago and now people are finally seeing what happened. I only found out about this after the fact.

I just think lucky isn't exactly the word I would use to describe someone who is handicapped and was kidnapped, beaten, and tortured. But everyones got an opinion.

Have you ever been around anyone with a mental disability? They don't respond the same way that we do, they don't show emotions the same way that we do, they aren't always able to comprehend things like we do. He was kidnapped, gagged, "hit a few times", and cut. He was probably frightened, and didn't understand what was going on, didn't understand why he was being hurt. That isn't lucky on my opinion. You have no idea how he will respond to this in the future. Maybe it goes away on discharge and he wakes up everyday fine. Or maybe it stays with him longer and has a lasting impact on his trust of people, how he responds to touch, noise, anything. We clearly see it differently though, and that's fine. I just think lucky is a little much.

Dare I use myself as an example. Growing up in the 90s was fun. Gangs were in. Let's see... been beat up over 200 times. Brutually destroyed in high school several times. Perminent psychological and phycisaly damaged. My whole life was guttered. couldn't go to college, sit alone with no friends in my apt.
