I am conservative but I have no need to show symbols. I do however recognize that the Left hates anything they disagree with and will threaten or hurt those that display conservative symbols while at the same time forcing their symbols on everyone else.

The confederate flag represents many people both black and white who come from down south and are proud of that fact. The liberals today are the ones who try to bring it back to a racist time. If you knew the true meaning of the US flag you would probably be offended too.

The terms "conservative" and "liberalism" don't mean anything and people need to stop using them. And the Stars and Bars is not "a conservative symbol," whatever the hell that even means-- it's a symbol of the old Confederacy which stood for white supremacy over a black minority and human subjugation, as well as being a traitor to your country.

It's not okay that George Washington had slaves. But that has nothing to do with the fact that the united states did not declare independence from the British Empire over the right to own slaves. The confederate nations, however, did exactly that. If you can't see that, you're just trying not to.
