Sending unsolicited dick pics is now illegal in Texas - Can this be implemented universally?

I accidentally sent an inappropriate picture (not nude) to a female friend. She had bought me a coat as a gift and asked me to send her a picture wearing it so she could see how it looked. I took a few pictures, scrolled through my picture gallery, and sent her one. Unfortunately, in the picture gallery it appeared as if the picture cut off at my waist, but when you click on the full picture it cuts off at my thigh. It was completely unsolicited (as well as unintentional on my part), so I have two questions. Would this be considered a "dick pic," and (if it was) would it matter that it was sent completely by accident?
Lol small dick
@MoneyBeets about six inches long and six inches around soft, but thanks for your opinion! lmao
soft porn dick pic.
PG-13 at most.
@Texaskid1 Does unsolicited soft porn dick pic PG-13 violate the no dick pic law? What happens if it was truly an accident?
Well , we do not see your dic per se. It is covered up so I am not sure if it qualifies as a dic pic under the law.
But I am not a lawyer so you might want to consulate with an attorney.
@Texaskid1 Lol, not an actual scenario. Just curious how the accidental soft bulge pic would play out under the Texas law.
