Women are just as horny as men, maybe even more. This decision is made from a minority, which consists of mainly feminists making decisions for the majority (aka horny women that wouldn't mind a dick pic or two).

I thought it was illegal already, but if someone anonymous did I doubt law enforcement would give it importance unless it involved minors.

sure. it's great until women start taking advantage of it and verbally consenting to receive a dick pic and then when the guy sends it she claims she didn't want it... sort of like how they try to make regret into "rape".

Cell phone companies already record all your texts. Screen captures can be faked so that's unreliable.
