Maybe bad parenting? Becoming an adult is supposed to kill you gradually, not suddenly. But if the parents do a poor job, that might be immedaitely fatal.

  No, I think bullets come from guns that are acquired by mentally ill and confused young people who have been raised-up through the demonic Public School System (including Preschool).
