Are Sesame Street Characters ignoring Black Children?

It has recently came out in this 2 minute video that Sesame Street Characters have been seen ignoring kids of color, this has since gone viral and other parents of colors have been showing videos of the same occasion with the same character & different angles proving this mother's claim & that the employee said their was a parent asking them to hold their baby & that's why she waved NO to the girls.

But in this new angle it show's their was no mother near the character with a baby and she did infact high five the people next to them who weren't of color. What do you think was this person purposely ignoring all those kids of color?

It seems that almost everyone is looking for an excuse to get offended about something. Does a Sesame Street character have a LEGAL obligation to make sure that they shake hands with a proportionate share of black kids? And oriental kids? And Hispanic kids?

it looks like they waive "no" to a person before and after, but not sure. I've never been in that suit and how hard it is to see or waive the hand. no idea. did they waive to any black people?

sorry for the kids if they felt offended, they are just little kids. they would know how it felt. hopefully someone makes up if they were hurt.

And how many white children did he ignore? I'd want to see footage of the whole parade not just edited snippets. Anyone who's been to a parade knows costumed characters don't interact with every child
