At What interest rate does it "All" go South?

If the FED raises rates to more than 4% , many are saying that would cause collapses in stock market, and housing. Gerald Celente (trends journal) said when fed raises interest another 1.5% , its all over. It all comes down hard , which leads to a Depression. It is now 2.5% , that will make it 4% . He has been right in past about these things.

people have too many oars in the water and they are making less than years ago. In short people bought houses they can't afford.

6% is standard overtime. 12% is standard in inflationary cycle. 16% is predicted in this Economy. 1976-1988 is a modern and comparative Economic Curve to study. It will take at least 10 years to come out of this IF China doesn't buy all the Market and own all the Companies...

It was 12% during the Carter years for a mortgage, I paid 8% for a mortgage in 1998
