******Worse Hurricane in Florida History, Also Traveling to Other States. Is it Coming to YOU? xx
Somewhat; I'm in little danger, but not none. And yes, having been through multiple tornadoes, I'm tempted to scoff at the danger this poses, but I'm restraining myself; being impaled by a stop sign is nothing on being impaled by a Volkswagen, but you're still dead.
However- this is a category 3 hurricane. Nothing on Irma, or even Andrew. It IS odd that it's hitting the western coast- that usually doesn't happen. The reason the news coverage is more than usual weather hysteria, I'm convinced, is that no matter how this plays out, the outlets are going to use it to slam DeSantis.

God bless all under Ian she a very bad one. Please be safe
My Aunt, cousin & her two kids are riding out Ian because the last one they were in wasnr bad... Like WTF? I get nothing happened last time, but you're putting your kids/grandkids at risk by staying.
I hope nothing bad happens, but I won't be surprised or upset if things turn south & they were wrong & something happened to those kids.
I don't live in the states so i'm good here but I'm hoping you stay safe and well prepared!!

Ian is such a soy name. I'm sorry, but it is. It reminds me of Ian Miles Cheong, or any British simp like Hugh Grant who weighs like 150 pounds and wouldn't know masculinity if it smacked its schlong in his face. "Ian." The f*ck kinda name is that? If they want people to take this hurricane (which I didn't even know about; cause this is 'Merica Only stuff) seriously, then don't name if after the stereotypical British simp.
Preparing? Hell no! I live 1000 miles away to the north of this him-a-cane. The only preparation I'm doing is getting ready to grill ribs on the Q tomorrow.
I'm sorry about the people in FL, but... no one cares about us in the north when we get 2' of snow. I don't see them heading up here to shovel us out!
We're not in Florida, we're farther north. Ian will probably bring rain and more wind than normal but it shouldn't be a problem. No need to make storm preparations where we are.
We have relatives in Florida who are making preparations. They're not in mandatory evacuation zones but they're ready to evacuate if needed.
I just had a meeting cancelled today because of the hurricane. My vendor is in Florida, she said they don't know what they are going to do. I sent prayers and best wishes. I hope they get through this relatively unscathed.
Do you live in Florida?
I'm in south Florida, broward county specifically. Where I'm at, I've done some preparation, but it's not projected to be too bad for where I'm living. The penis of the united states of America is about to fuck a hurricane.
Breaking news!
I used to know a Bully Named Ian I Kicked him in the balls and He Had to be Rushed to the hospital because he Tried to rape me.
But no Im not Afraid of Any Hurricane so I won't ever prepare for one.Reasons why I put up with the cold and snow up here in North Dakota. No hurricanes, no earthquakes.

I don't live in the United States but I heard about it on the news. It's pretty serious and scary. I probably would leave the Florida if I was there.
As for me I always prepare for the worst & hope for the best & earlier today I was preparing my windows just in case I have to throw up some boards.
It's definitely going to affect us but I don't really care. At least now I understand why it has been raining so much lol. Hopefully most people are taking the necessary precautions.
Yep. I couldn't get ahold of enough sand bags so I was outside just now drenched filling up some trash bags with dirt to protect my home. Got a bible, drinks, snacks, and two fully charged phones.
No, not me
But I hope all Floridians from Gag and the East Coast are staying safe
I'm in Wisconsin, so we my get some clouds and rain later
Was a beautiful day here, sunny and 57.
Sorry that you are going through this to all of the floridians.
I live in Canada. We’ll likely feel some of the effects but it won’t be nearly as bad as what the US will feel
Nope. The weather this week has been gorgeous here in California. :-)
But, best of luck to you, Paris, and to everyone on the east coast.I live in CT so when we do eventually get the hurricanes it’s not nearly as bad at it hits in places like Florida and Louisiana but I’ll be preparing just in case bc it’s hurricane season
I voted A. I’m on the northern east coast of Florida, about 2-3 miles from the ocean on a saltwater canal. My house is 16’ above the sea wall, so not concerned about flooding. I spend most of yesterday taking care of all the things, chairs, tables, that could pose a threat if picked up by the wind. I’m as ready as possible. Thank goodness we won’t get Ian as bad as West Coast of Florida.
I live in NC so we are only getting some rain so no plans on preparing

Not at all, Paris! We don’t get hurricanes here.
