It's more likely Zelenskky had something to do with it then Putin, especially considering Putin told Russians to be nice to Muslims so they won't attack them.

But even with Zelenskky, what would he have to gain from killing civilians? The stakes would be high if he were to get caught so I don't even think he's HE'S that stupid.

I do find it kind of strange that they were heading for Ukraine though, and ISIS likes to claim credit for EVERY terror attack that's committed. Who knows who it was and what their motive was. But I wouldn't be surprised if it was Islamists who found it blasphemous that a rock concert was being held during Ramadan. Hell, I wouldn't be surprised if that former UFC fighter Khabib, had something to do with it.

Do you believe that being unwilling to compromise is something positive? In diplomacy, it isn't. Especially when there's a war going on, people are dying (mainly civilians), and a way must be found to end it.
If he isn't paranoid, then why does he keep murdering people, like opposition leaders and journalists? Why is he so afraid of people speaking out against him? How has he been in power since 2000 if he isn't a dictator?
Why do so many prominent people (like billionaires) in Russia keep falling off balconies, or wind up "committing suicide" by drinking polonium tea or being shot to death?
Putin is a murderous, kleptocratic, deranged war criminal who should be sent to The Hague to stand trial. Russia will be a much better place after he's gone.
