“I’m more mad that they’re barefoot,” commented a third in apparent reference to the myriad inflight “pedi crimes” of late.

One revolted viewer added, “How did the flight attendant not say anything?”

It's the barefoot that gets me. I don't want your sweaty ass feet all over where I'm going to be sitting. And I know people put their sweaty ass ass on the seat but she's literally got her feet on the fold-down tray that someone probably had to eat a meal off on the next flight.

I think the commenter has a giant Satan rod up her ass. We all have a bit of bullshit where we're like, "That's wrong," because our teachers and parents kept saying it was but you gotta articulate it. And we gotta demand an articulation of it. Just a bunch of people agreeing that it's wrong just says the same thing as most people agreeing that Britney Spears or Justin Bieber is preferable to listen to than Bach. It doesn't say anything.

What’s appropriate or inappropriate depends on the social context and its impact on other people

For example, a man randomly yelling and swinging a bat in an open cornfield to let off some steam may be fine in the middle of Iowa. But it’ll be less welcoming in a busy street in New York.

snuggling and cuddling is appropriate in private setting. It is less appropriate in a public setting meant for travel with other people
