Yes, using wikipedia and glancing through some of its records ill just give some examples:
2022 25 February - Su-30SM - Tochka missiles.
2022 9 August - five Su-24s + two damaged, three Su-30s + damaged one. - Unknown cause of explosion
2023 10 March - Su-27, damaged. - Partisan attack
2023 8 May - Su-24, damaged. - Partisan attack
2023 19 August - Tu-22M - Drone attack

etc.. etc.. There are a lot of these strikes, especially after Ukraine started to use more and more drones. In total Russia has lost about 300 aircraft that is recorded on Wikipedia, much more is likely but unconfirmed.

It is actually relatively difficult to know how effective a strike is against a grounded aircraft unless they literally explode and photo/video evidence is scarce so its very much on the conservative side. As for how many attacks on Russian airfields? Probably thousands upon thousands with varying degrees of success. This has been a war where few things are truly safe, no matter how far in the backlines they are kept.

Yes a lot of attacks since 2022. The majority are showing just how poorly Russian airfields are defended, a bit like naval bases. In one of the recent attacks Storm Shadow and Scalp pretty much flew over S400 batteries on the way to the airfield. They have lost some major airforce assets. In another attack the S400 were pre attack targets

there are also modifications going on with Ukraines Neptune missiles, increasing their range and deep attack systems.

Ukraine has done very little permanent damage to russia. If they had the world would know. Not because it would make the news but because Russia would have nuked ukraine.

But they can rebuild it. quite easily I might add. Losing machinery is expected in a war so does not count as permanent damage. A town, city, village, power plant, munitions dump, factory etc those are permanent fixtures. Losing one of those is permanent damage

rebuild? no way they can make a new with a dofferent serial number but the loss is permanent. they can even call the new one the old number dd44 but the old one is gone permanent.
