How much has gas price dropped in your area recently?

My wife just found it for 3.99 a couple of towns over.

Gas price cannot "drop" - they are dipping into reserve fuels to keep the price stable. But come end of this month, shit will hit the fan.

So the "few cents on, few cent off" game over a week looks like a "drop" some weeks, but they are just cooking you slowly, is all.

Either that or they are cutting the gas with bio-ethanol - to maintain the availability.

It will not drop dramatically. It will go down over a period of months.

Last week, it was $4.09 a gallon. I filled up yesterday (Saturday) for $3.79 a gallon.

Yes, it would probably cost me about ten or 12 bucks less.

That's probably closer to what it is for me also, I usually fill up when I'm a hair above empty but I'm sure there could be a couple gallons difference from one fill up to the next. I don't look at the price per gallon, just how much it costs to fill up.

It depends on what gas station in my area. At some, it's as low as 3.79 now.

It has been $5.399 at Costco for the past several weeks. It hasn't dropped a bit. Costco has the lowest price for gas.
Keep in mind that the combined state and federal tax on gas here in California is 79.6¢ per gallon.

I heard that Costco is selling record amounts of gas. some stores have to be refilled 2 pr 3 times a say.

I noticed it’s lower. … like low $4.00 vs. over high $4.00.

hubby has been filling up gas for the cars. So I am not sure. But I know it went lower

1 liter E10 benzine went from 1.99€ to 1.89€, so ten cent per liter.
