What does it mean when an ex deletes you from his Facebook?

Question

So basically me and this guy dated for awhile and I eventually broke up with him and right after we broke up, we talked some but then got extremely distant and just completely stopped talking altogether.

Then a little after that I did a drug for the first time and somehow he found out and got super p*ssed and said he didn't want to have anything to do with me ever again. So I was like, okay whatever.

And so after I had finally gotten over him about 3 or 4 months after that whole thing, I went to his Facebook and he was still my friend and everything. Then the next day, I went to it again and he wasn't my friend anymore. Which means he had just deleted me that day. What does that mean? I'm confused, because we haven't even really talked since the whole drug thing.

It depends on your relationship. It could meant that he is moving on in his life and is trying not to (even) think about you. Or, it could mean that he is trying to hurt your feelings and hopes that you will notice and try to reconnect with him, but I doubt it. Either way, it is better to live your life feeling good about who you are and finding positive, constructive ways to feel better when you have bad days (not taking drugs), like taking up a hobby (sports, music, friends, etc.).

I know that wasn't a part of your question and it doesn't matter what drug it is, really, it is better (not always easier) to be healthier and build yourself esteem. Drugs keep you down. Good luck.

He deleted you for the same reason you delete ppl. Cause you don't want to have anything to do with that person anymore. It sucks and I don't know why he waited until now but that's why. If it really bothers you, you could try calling or texting him to say "hey can we talk about this" and see if he will.

Well, why do you delete people from your Facebook? You don't want to see them or think about them, right? He probably saw you in his news feed and was prompted to do it.

What you're saying is that he left you as a FB friend up until one day when you checked out his page, right? Perhaps you did something that triggered a notification. That reminded him that he hadn't removed you when he said he wanted nothing to do with you. Once reminded that he hadn't already, he finally dropped you from his list. Pretty simple really.

If it was enough to not want to talk to you ever again, obviously weed was a big enough deal to him.
