This guy is trying to play games with me. Specifically he'll say I wanna be with you and see you but then he blows me off. I really wanna call him out on it. I know you guys may just say girl just walk away, but I've got my reasons.

Think of what you would want someone to say to you if you were the one playing games.. Then sit him down and tell him what is on your mind. Or do it over the phone, whichever you feel most comfortable with. The easiest thing to do would be to just straight up ignore him.
